Meopham Garden Club Outing (12/07/06)
On a fine evening 24 members of the Meopham Garden Club found their way to Yalding for a pre-arranged tour of the organic gardens. We were greeted by our guide, Stan, who took us on a tour and explained some of the history and concepts behind the planning and maintenance of the fourteen separate gardens. The evening was rounded off by a cheese or ham ploughman’s with home grown salad – organic, of course!
