Our Garden – November 2009

Well, it is official. November 2009 was the wettest since records began. It was probably also one of the warmest as we reached the end of the month without a frost. This meant that many flowers that would have died at the first sign of cold were happily still producing colour, although they looked bedraggled in the wet. Other plants, for example the primulas, were taken in by the mild spell and started to flower.
