I was very busy at the castle for the first few days of the month and then we went to Germany for eight days so there are very few photographs of the beginning of the month. On our return from holiday the garden, which in our absence had been well watered by rain, was looking rather overgrown. The pictures below were mainly taken towards the end of the month.
