DAY 3: Josselin
Josselin, our destination on Saturday, was chosen because of its famous market held on that day. We had time to explore the market and the town before meeting for a guided tour of Chateau de Josselin. There we had an excellent English guide to tell us something of the history of the castle, which dates back to the beginning of the 11th century. Lin and I also found our way to the old quarter of Sainte-Croix, with its half-timbered houses, on the opposite bank of the Nantes to Brest canal.
